  Aside from the obvious, lack of chicken etc this has to be one of the worse kfc' s I've ever been in. Staff don't actually offer things like sauce, straws, plates etc etc, you actually have to ask for them. Zero customer service there. Then there is the fact that you can't actually talk to the person you're with, you have to yell at them across the table as the music is that bloody loud!!! It's supposed to be background music, not a bloody disco!!! Sort it out KFC!!!!

  Sat in this one now can't get all the stuff I want due to what as been going on for weeks now... No bottles to go with the bucket meals... Then wen our order is ready the girl doing it (daisy) is asked by management to go and ask another customer about there order while ours is sat on the back counter going cold then when she did come back to start sorting it out she decided to leave it there even longer while she served another customer at the till... Absolutely terrible service... Its about time the company sorted the issues out the have regarding food etc... And get staff who know what they are doing and not at a snails pace like this girl tonight...
