  I went into the store with a friend from Australia who had problems with an iPad sim she bought in Exmouth. She used her mobile to report that the iPad was not working with the cellular network but was with wifi. The £10 she had purchased with a sim for her mobile soon ran out reporting the iPod problem. Both problems were resolved by the 2 young girls at the desk. My Australian friend and I were super impressed with their friendly, competent attitude. My friend will return to Australia spreading the good word about EE.
