  I've been in various student accommodations now for four years, and this is the worst experience I've had so far. If you end up sharing a flat or house with someone who completely disregards the contract (smokes, drugs, pets, noise), CL appears to love the money they bring in more than the experience of their tenants, and say goodbye to that deposit! However if you are moving in with people you know and get on with, just be aware that things that come as standard with other places (whether that is uni accommodation or with someone like Kexgill) such as microwaves or vacuum cleaners are not provided.
